Tabletop Green Screen in Miniature at ISTE

Several Buncombe County employees travelled to Atlanta in June for the International Society for Technology in Education Conference. Learning was pervasive and exciting for all of us. While there, Conni Mulligan, Digital Learning Facilitator, presented in the digital storytelling playground. Her expertise in puppetry and story telling created a perfect springboard for her presentation on ‘Tabletop Greenscreen in Miniature”. Conni is an expert on improvisation and innovation.
